Here is an overview of the tournaments, all 30 minutes 3m  Variants Tournament Series: SATURDAY 13 3-Check: An exciting format where the objective is to check the opponent's king three times to win the game.King Of The Hill: In this format, the goal is to get your king to the center of the board and keep it there to win the game.Crazyhouse: A dynamic variant where players can put their opponent's captured pieces into play.Bughouse: A team chess format where players share captured pieces with their partner. Standard Tournament Series: SUNDAY 14 960 3m (Fischer Random): In this format, pieces are randomly placed on the first row of the board, creating new starting positions and strategic challenges.Bullet 2/1m: Quick games with a time of 2 minutes for each player, which requires quick decisions and sharp tactics.Blitz 3m: Quick games with a time of 3 minutes for each player, which allows a little more time to plan strategies.Rapid 10m: Games with a time of 10 minutes for each player, which provides a balance between speed and strategic consideration. Based on the results of the Votechess (Chessvotes) and Daily Matches in our club, which we have been managing for over 3 years, we have decided to delegate responsibilities to expand our staff's role in order to improve our ranking on chess.com. Administrators will be appointed based on their success rate exceeding 60%, taking into account the games they manage. Leading by example is essential; obviously, participating in 100% of the games under their responsibility is required. I) Votechess or Chessvotes GamesWe need Team Skippers for Votechess games. Their responsibilities are detailed below, based on our experience: Game Creation and Management: They are the only ones with permission to create new chess games by vote. Each Team Skipper can manage a maximum of 6 games. General Specifications: Challenge the same club twice, once in a standard game and once in 960. Both games must be played at a time control of one day. Leading the Strategy: Although voting-based chess is democratic, the Team Skipper often guides the discussion, analyzes the position, and suggests the best moves based on collective analysis. Use of Safety Votes: A quick initial vote is cast to ensure the voting follows a pre-analyzed direction and avoid unpleasant surprises from random votes or wasted time. Team Coordination: Encourage the use of the team chat to discuss moves and ensure members respect the rules, maintaining a positive environment. II) Daily Matches We need Team Skippers for Daily Matches. Responsibilities are detailed below, based on our experience:  Match Creation and Management: This team is responsible for creating the tournament, inviting club members, and managing the daily match lineup (ensuring it is balanced with respect to the opponents' ELO ratings). The games are open, you must have a minimum rating of 1000 to register for a game.General Specifications: Each Team Skipper can open a maximum of 6 games. Matches must be played at a rate of 1 day.  Team Management: This team decides the team structure (clan for each game), can analyze matches, and send messages to team members to prevent losses due to withdrawals. Sanction Management: Members who withdraw early will be marked as red (00) by the system and will be suspended for the remainder of the season. Sanctioned members must be registered in the "Early withdrawals, the system marks them as red (00)" forum. General Note: We will select the Team Skippers. Interested members should apply here in this forum.
