Dear super admins and admins of this wonderful STEM Club, I have a suggestion, You all are aware of the fact that there are many chemistry experiments we want to do but can't due to obvious reasons and unavailability of materials. So we can simulate a virtual chemistry lab in forums people and members can write then under topic e.g making uranium glass. We can describe some and others can describe and we can learn from each other and in the end write overall synopsis of experiments. This will be done by RoopTeraMastana who is a scientist or some other who has best described the experiment

So I've been getting a lot of messages about advertising in the club, so I am going to establish the guidelines thereof: You are more than welcome to advertise your club by posting in the "Please Advertise Here" forum or by making a weekly post in the notes section. Please note that advertising is not permitted elsewhere, and such comments will be deleted.  Please do not advertise more than once per week: unnecessary comments will be deleted and individuals who repeatedly violate these terms will be banned.  I sincerely believe that advertising in each other's clubs makes chess an interconnected and collaborative sport, but we must approach it with the right spirits. Thanks!

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a wonderful day! Hello, Members of the STEM club! With the owner's permission, I have been allowed to advertise my club called 'The Cat.' It is an active club with ~30 members and is looking for new, and active chess players like you, the person reading this! You don't have to join, of course, but I would appreciate it if you did. =). We have many vote chess matches against other clubs, including the club you're reading this in, and has interesting daily facts to boost your general knowledge along with this wonderful club! The club is dedicated to this cute, little, funny, soft cat called Mikhail. He is very nice and would love it if more people were to support him. Once again, you don't have to join, but Mikhail and I would appreciate it if you did. I hope you all have a good day, and goodbye! Sincerely, PleaseJustGiveMeCheckmate (I really do want a checkmate )

This is an experiment to prove the Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle. Take two razor blades and pass a laser light and then close in the razor blades and observe the structure and shape of the light on the screen. You will see that once the razor blades are closed in enough and you have predicted the velocity, the shape and position changes. You can try this and please suggest me ways to refine this experiment.

In the graphs of shi(r) vs r and shi²(r) vs r, the does the magnitude of local maxima increases or decreases with increase in r? And is the result same in case of both shi(r) vs r and shi²(r) vs r? And what is the reason behind it? Note: please use simple words so that I can understand easily. It's not like i don't understand difficult words or that my vocab is weak, it's just that I prefer simpler words for understanding. Thank you in advance🙏🙏🙏

So basically a nuclear weapon operates by the process of nuclear fission and here I am talking about implosion type weapon like the one used in Nagasaki Blast.  First the mass of P 239 needs to be compressed to its critical mass to initiate a chain reaction. But for chain reaction, we also need to bombard it with Neutrons. So a neutron initiator is made in this way berillium core surrounded by polonium 210 and again berillium then comes u 238 and p 239 guys correct the order of these two if possible I have forgotten but I remember u238 acts as neutron reflector . Then explosive lenses 60 percent RDX and 40 percent TNT 64 was used in Nagasaki and then covering and x block to provide 5000 volts current. Then shell then radar. Guys I am open to correction and more information and all this is declassified information

Is it allowed to discuss basic mechanism of a nuclear bomb ?. It is also a part of STEM. And only declassified nothing classified so it is legal.

First and foremost, thanks for joining this club! Here are some ground rules for all members to follow (staff + non-staff members alike): 1. Please be respectful: everyone can create their own forums and notes here, but please do not engage in politics or religion (or anything controversial). 2. Please participate in as many events as you can. The more active you are, the more likely you will be promoted.  3. Feel free to share any of your work with us (whether that be a chess game or a personal project, like some code for example). FOR STAFF: 1. Please invite as many people as possible who may be interested in the club. 2. Please create and organize vote chess or other matches.  3. Do not demote or promote people without my permission. 4. Remember, your activity and participation counts! Please keep that in mind if you want to be promoted.  Unofficial Rules: 1. Have fun, let's discuss STEM and play chess together!
