Consider ALL the time windows you'd be available to play a game.
(optional) Convert them to UTC time zone - Click Here for a practical tool.
Post ALL the time windows where you'll be free. (Ex.: Friday 28th, 10:00-14:00 UTC; Saturday 29th, 15:00-19:00)
When a time agreement is set, you have 30 minutes from the specific agreed time to show up for the game.
We will accompany all negotiations being held and measure not only the pro-activeness, but also (and more importantly) a player's interest in getting a gamewhen ruling on forfeits.
IMPORTANT: When the scheduled game time arrives and you are online for your game, post the following at your Negotiation Thread:"It is (insert scheduled game time here) now and I am here for my game."Do NOT post it before the precise scheduled time for your game.
It is advised that you follow this thread. Your opponent must also post his time availability here, so it is wise that you oficialize all essential game negotiation information in this here thread. You should reply accordingly on this thread. Also, please note that afterwards you must post your game at the Results Thread for it to become valid. Unposted games will not be validated.
Please use this thread specifically for negotiation/evidence posting.
