Well, like I said. It's just a rough draft. I actually have 11 applications to join this group right now, so maybe we'll have 2 seperate conferences and 3 weeks of playoffs instead. We'll see. This should be an interesting 2 weeks.

I am actually not an admin for any group that I am in, but I am in several - chess unlimited, chessaholics anonymous, sicilian superstars

That's only 8 for sure. We can still use 3 more teams if we're doing the original 11 team format, or 12 more teams if we want to do the modified 20 team format.

I have gone to the Vote Chess Leaderboard, and copied down the name of every administrator in every group on the first page (50 groups). I figure, these are the groups who are definitely playing vote chess, so they're more likely willing to join. The system only allows me to send 30 invitations per day, so that's what I'll be doing for the next several days.
Obviously not everyone will want to join, and there are several people who are administrators for more than one group, so I'm really not worried about having too many groups. I'd rather try to squeeze anyone in who wants to play.
So this is what I've come up with:

The first games will be played the weekend of June 26-28 (25-29 depending on your timezone). I should have an official schedule ready on Monday, June 22. That gives everyone one week from today to get their groups in, and should also give everyone enuf time to coordinate a start time with their members/opponents.
