He is misleading many members, he is very annoyiny and he is 600 rated, but he beats 2500s which is NOT OK.

You can't blame him for what others do. As the saying goes: "Who's more foolish. The fool or the fool that follows?. If they are cheating they will caught, the account will be closed and he will be back with another account.

He’s either a beginner who’s cheating or a high level player who’s lying about their rating. Both are bad
