Bad review of House of Staunton chess set

I live in Portugal and I bought an expensive Chess set from House of Staunton. 
The problem  has arisen  when I had to pay custom duties. According to Portugal Customs the invoice was not correct because 2 items had a value of zero. I asked HouseofStaunton  to change the invoice in order to solve the problem but they refused to change the invoice. So after a month the package want back to the USA. And i had to pay around 150 euro in expenses for a package with a value of less than 700 euro. For a mistake a did not make. For a mistake that House of Staunton made. I wrote to them to complain but never received an answer.  Horrible service. 

I empathize with you, similar experience with DGT management and their third party reseller, horrible companies.
