Can You Adjust Fritz 15 Engine Strength?

I know that Fritz 15 allows "Friend Mode" that adjust engine strength so you win about 25% of the time. What I'm wondering, though, is how do you adjust the engine strength (or what's the best way) without using Friend Mode. For example, if I wanted a moderate opponent where I could win 50% of the time? Or, what if I wanted to set up a position and then play against an engine with only a certain strength. Right now, it seems like after you set up a position, you're stuck with the engine at the highest strength.
