Most of the programs can do that.
Entering PGNs manually? Can it be done?

There are many programs. What OS are you running? I can suggest some of my favorites.
Windows 7. I'm looking at Fritz 13, Shredder and Chess King right now.
It seems that Chessmaster is not available or discontinued. The latest version of Chessmaster -- if you can find a copy somewhere -- is not compatible with Windows 7.

Fritz and Shredder can do both manual and auto analysis of a game. Chess King can do manual analysis, but I don't know if it can do auto analysis. (It's hard to get detailed information from the Chess King web site.)
And there are free programs that can also manually and automatically analyse a game, like Scid vs. PC, and Arena, and maybe a few others.

I have chessmater 10th edition on windows 7

Yes, you can just turn fritz off or put it on infinite ana and play the moves on your board. Then you can simply save it or copy as pgn. Even a basic pgn reading program with no engine can do this though.
If you know how to type pgn, you can even put the game in Word and copy-paste it into your preferred program later.
Hey folks, I'm still shopping around and researching chess software.
Let's say I play a game at a chess club and I write down all the moves made in the game.
Is it possible to then enter the moves into software so my in-person game can be analyzed?
Can Fritz or Shredder or any of the software let me do that?
