Just looking for an update if anyone has received their SWAP board yet? If so, how is it?

In today's kickstart update the have 500 neos assembled as well as 100 swaps however another glitch has come up that will delay shipment two weeks
What sort of glitch? Not that two weeks will make any difference taking into account people have been waiting years now. I'm wondering how transperant they are being about this.
Something to do with the arm not making contact with a track which positions the piece on some of the units in final testing. At this point no need to rush on my part they will show up at some point at least they are not going to let it slide to get 600 out the door

Acktually, 400 NEOs and 50 SWAPs.
Edit: 40 swaps to 50 swaps.

You have not read correctly, then.
The latest update says, 400 Neos and 50 SWAPs, but they had to stop to do QA.
They end with telling us they will ship once they have 500 Neos and 100 swaps, not that they actually have them, just they will ship once they get them.

Judging by the lack of user videos on YT, I don't think any Swap's have gone out.
I see 3 for the Neo. Here's one: https://youtu.be/xvi6Yfuy1L8 One of the other videos I found is also his.
As of August 8th they stated they had shipped 500 neo's not sure if this includes the first batch. However the latest are coming by Sea so you might as well figure a couple months longer in the delivery process. 100 swaps ship mid August. I also imagine by Sea not sure might be an air shipment wanting feedback upon delivery hard to know

I think the only thing that keeps me in is the fact that they do actually have other products that are being delivered.

Lol. I don’t even want the thing anymore. I inquired about a refund weeks ago and they didn’t even respond to tell me no. The only reason I backed it is because they already made and shipped a product that some people seemed to enjoy. I had never crowd funded anything before. I thought I’d give it a shot. I will not ever do it again.

Yeah. The grand kingdom set was delayed a year and a half, and was run worse than this one. 1/3 of the sets had to be sent back for repairs and replacements, and those people who needed to set it back were delayed an additional year.
If you haven't heard back from them, make a comment on the kickstarter comment section and threaten to report them to kickstarter. That usually gets your refund rolling.

SquareOff said all Neo Kickstarters should have their boards by June of this year if their batch run of 100 goes successfully.
Swap is still "in testing" due to tolerance issues.
