HELP, How do I get to 2200 in chess?

Started playing 3 min to 5 min chess games online casually 2 years ago when I was 25 .... I was 800 rating when I first started... 2 years later at 27 I just hit 1900 rating, I watch Nakamura on YouTube and play online mostly.... About 10 hours a week playing on average, what can I do to improve?!
