i was getting a lot better and then all of a sudden i started to lose and make silly mistakes. could someone of a much higher rating play a few games with me and give some feedback? I know that recently i haven't been playing anywhere near my potential

That certainly isn't what your results say.

Both your blitz and rapid ratings have been improving in the last 30 days.

just in the quality of play itself. two days ago, i made it to 1303 with ease, and just the next day lost my way back to about 1230. it's possible that i've just had an off day or two, but i'd appreciate it if you could help me out for just a little bit

This is what improvement is (if you are learning new things in chess or reading chess book), this is the curve you are looking for just continue learning and playing

Thats pretty much a normal learning curve.  Some days you gain, some days you dont.

Do we play en passant here?

It is like in real life. You played strong and hoisted yourself to a "comfortable" position. Then you let your guards down, literally. :-) I am going through the same process.
