Dynamics/Initiative Lessons

Hi,

I'm looking for some pointers to any Chess Mentor lessons that deal with dynamics and/or initiative. For instance, Silman lessons on Static vs Dynamics or lessons that cover games with dynamic elements.

Well, I'm putting together a list of chess.com videos and chess mentor courses on this topic and I'll share it here.

This is an important topic but "dynamics" or something along those lines is not really "tagged" in the chess.com categorization system.
