Okay, I think that what the majority of you guys are saying is that a concrete routine probably isn't going to help me and that I should be more flexible. Therefore, I have decided to split the plan into areas of focus instead of a timetable. By now, you will know the drill; leave your comments and advice (which are invaluable, I should add). Here it is:
TACTICS:
Approximately 20 per day. Mix of themed and random tactics from day to day, to add some variety.
PLAY:
Two 30 minute games per week
One 15 minute game per week
2-4 hours at my local chess club
STUDY:
1 game of Logical Chess per session. Full analysis of both mainline and sidelines.
Once Logical Chess is finished, I will read Silman's Endgame Course and then The Amateur's Mind. For these, session times won't be restricted but are likely to last 20 minutes.
I will study these books a maximum of 3 times per week.
MASTER STUDY:
1 analysis of a master game per session, 2 sessions per week. Who do you recommend I should study first?
ANALYSIS:
Analysis of all/most of the games I have played during the week. To analyse these, I will use SmithyQ's fantastic method. I may also do some analysis with my coach.

Have a merry Christmas and a happy New Year, guys! I look forward to reading all of your advice. Cheers.
