World blitz championship - How the results are calculated

Hello,
I am asking for your help on some questions for which I have no answer.
I didn't understand how the results of the world blitz chess championship were calculated to establish the ranking.
1- Why were the first two tied before the tiebreaker?
2- Why only two tie-breaking rounds when there were three?
3- What do the letters TB mean for these tie-breaking rounds?
Thank you very much for your answers.
Take care of yourselves.

You’re not alone in being confused

Lol ! and thanks for the interesting link !
The difference is that Magnus is not happy but he understood the tie-breaking rules while I am neither happy nor unhappy but still haven't understood how it is determined :-)
But apparently it's the Sonnerborn-Berger or Neustadl system that gives more credit to two tied players to the one who defeated better players during the tournament.
However, I still don't understand:
1- why the tie-break was done in two sets instead of the announced three
2- why only the first two players play the tie-break when several had the same final score (Carlsen and Caruana)
Thanks for your help
