People you're all crazy.

My winning rate WITH the SICILIAN is SO HIGH that I have better chances as black than white.

Play staples13 or me.

My last statement was true though.

You never encountered the Alapin. No wonder you have a huge success rate, you never play vs anti sicilians.

I have a record of 1 win, 0 draw and 0 loss against the DELAYED ALAPIN though.

Your sample size is quite small. happy.png

ma boy, the title to this pointless forum is already wrong, as you have already mentioned, you have lost 26% of your games with the Alapin, that proves that it is not a refutation to the Sicilian, m'boy

Well, i would play the Alapin any day if it gave me a 74% chance of a win!

U-ummm.... Should I tell him that draws exist a well?

… A 74% success rate, I should say. (*cough cough*)

You count a draw as a "success" for White?

Against players 100+ rated higher than me, yes, as I frequently say play against them.

You feel that you have a way of knowing that, in the staples13 1 e4 c5 2 c3 draws, Black's rating was always 100+ rated higher?

I remember a game I played against the Alapin and it wasn’t long before I lost.

I made no claim about Black losing from the second move or the game being discredited.

So, it is not being claimed that Black lost because of 1...c5 ?
