Always white

When im starting a live game for some reason I ALWAYS get white, I prefer getting black because I dont like making the first move, is it random or is it an option because I cant find any settings for this

It is random and probably your white-black is much more 50-50 than you realize. 

its around 50-50 according to your stats 7 white, 9 black in blitz

does anyone know how to the settings so that I may always play as white? 

There is no such setting for rated games. You can only choose for unrated games.

there was a guy a few days ago who was always black, maybe you could switch accounts with him.

Just say "I WANNA BE WHITE!!"

If you want to be black say "I WANNA BE BLACK!!"

I have the same problem. When playing a bot, I ALWAYS get white. I want it to be random! I think this must be a bug.

Actually, when playing a bot, I always start as white. The only way to get black is to immediately resign and select "Rematch." Then it alternates between black and white! But if I finish a game, it doesn't give me the option of "Rematch," only "New Game". Then it goes back to starting as white! I'm tearing my hair out over this!

There are 3 buttons (a white king, a black king and a question mark) where you can select if you want to play white or black or random.

I'm sorry, I don't see that  button at all. Where on the screen should I be looking?

After you "choose" the bot, (but before you click "Play"), in the middle of the right side section, right below the bot portrait.
