I see that 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 e6 is the Sicilian Defense: French Variation. But that is not enough info, for what you posted. Black did not continue in typical French setup with ...d5, but rather chose ...d6. After move 5 in your setup, we have entered the Sicilian Scheveningen. That is the neat thing about both ...e6 and ...d6 against 1. e4 in the Sicilian - both paths can easily lead into the Schev, which makes the move order very flexible.
