The idea is no doubt immaginative but i don't know if it's going to work in the end.
B is severely behind in development and material, his centre looks imposing but i tryed to calculate some variations and W always seems to crack the centre while retaining the extra piece. Heve you played some games in this line? If yes than can you post it?
Another thing to say is that the variation is hardly forced. W can sidestep this with 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Qe7 3.Bc4 Nf6 4.d3 followed by Nc3 and W has more or less the same setup. The wasted queen move is hardly a big problem at amateur lever (i know of a drawn GMvsGM game with 2...Qe7?!) but still not very exciting.
(returning to your move order, in a blitz game the pawn sac 5.0-0!? would have caught my eye. W has a very big lead in development, but maybe B center is solid enough to limit W activity)
1.e4 e5
2.Nf3 Qe7
3.Nc3 Nf6
4.Bc4 Nxe4
5.Nxe4 c6
6.Be2 f5 or d5
I like this opening because I get to move my pawns in the center but i don't know how long they'll get to stay there.
