I used to play delayed wing gambit:
here is one trap
I play all trendy openings, I am basic.
I do have a weird defense to the english though
I also play d5 instead of the KID
well that's not weir this is slav transposition
yeah, but almost no one plays that
I think they do
naah, against the english i just like to play Nf6 first, its more flexible as i can fianchetto(KID), but i mostly go up against catalan english, so i play nf6 c6 against it, its kinda like an overprotected scandi

It's simple, if you have a repertoir of opening that aren't very popuar at GM level state them:
Which are the popular openings at higher level?
I play the french instead of Sicilian
I play the Italian (with Evans Gambit or knight attack to follow, very uncommon at GM level yet crushing!)
I play QG sometime but rarely
I do play KID I must admit
I play the Scotch Four Knights as white, and when I'm black, i play the good ol' e5 against e4, and the Classical Dutch against d4 (and c4,Nf3).

If Black plays Qe4+ followed by Bb8, they escape the trap and the position is even.
