How does this Benoni-ish system look for Black?

I'm trying a Benoni without Nf6 (which seems better to me.. is it?) 1.d4 e6  2. c4 c5  3. d5 ed  4. cd d6  5. Nc3 a6.. but anyways, after 1. d4 e6  2. c4 c5  3. e3.. i want to avoid a tarrasch with an iqp..

So how does this look for Black? Is this even an opening?

1. d4 e6  2. c4 c5  3. e3 Nf6  4. Nf3 b6  5. Nc3 cxd4  6. exd4 Bb7  7. Bd3 Be7

You can't play the Benoni if you're playing the Tarrasch. Although, the Tarrasch is a reasonable opening too and you shouldn't fear having an IQP.

I like the IQP in the Tarrasch, for it has helped me in several practice games, for my opponents usually don't know the correct opening lines, and they underestimate the power of it.
