It seems as a London system, but without the bishop
identify opening please?

The position from your screenshot wouldn't be considered the reversed dutch. The reversed dutch with white would simply be the Bird opening which is 1. f4. The dream scenario in the video would be the reversed stonewall dutch defense (or the stonewall dutch attack for white). The stonewall dutch's signature is pawns on f4 and d4 for white or f5 and d5 for black. The stonewall dutch is far less common for white but if you search stonewall dutch on youtube you'll find plenty of resources for black which will be transferable to white, just one tempo up. A very good example of a player who played the stonewall as white was Mir Sultan Khan. He was a (today Pakistani) slave who barely knew the rules of chess and could hardly speak english yet became world class due to his tough but simplistic approach to positions such as the stonewall systems. Other notable players would probably be Harry Nelson Pillsbury. Just search for "stonewall dutch attack" and you should find some model games. Hope that helps.

With a White f4 it will be a reversed Stonewall. I played that a lot in my youth inspired by af gamecollection (1977) of the strong Swedish player K. E. Gannholm who played f4+d4 almost exclusively. I recommend looking at Gannholms games if you can find them anywhere.
Otherwise the basic ideas are a lot like the standard Stonewall (Black opening): Ngf3, Bd3, 0-0, Ne5, Qe1 and attacking the Black King! Be aware of an annoying black Ng4 threatening pawn e3. The Bc1 either stayes where it is, join via Bc1-d2-e1-h5 or develop via b3 + Bb2 or Ba3.
I am interested in this opening, the guy refers to it as "the reverse dutch" does anyone have any other resources on it please?
