What is that for an opening, has white ever won such a match???

Against a strong opponent I mean.

It's probably not good for GMs. But playing at our intermediate level, a supposed initial black advantage usually disappears in few moves. peshka.png

Gotta be careful with this opening but it is winnable. I'm gonna try it a couple times in Blitz as well and post here.

Reversed Damiano Defense:

Here SF10+ suggests 3. d4 or 3. Ne2 [ev=-0.5, d=31]. computer.pngexplorer.pngpeshka.png

Why not 2...Bc5?

Why do u want to discuss about a move never played and so ridiculous?

Yes, thanks, I'm planning to discuss it too. Actually, SF10+ suggests four moves: 2...d5, Bc5, Nc6 and Nf6. I started with 2...Nf6 cuz this opening has its own derived historical name (Reversed Damiano Defense). peshka.png
