Yeah avatar plate is making me hungry ha ha. However, it is also missing some very good stuff lol.

Should of went all the way out with some Refried Beans, Spanish rice, with chilis or pico de gallo.

It looks like you might have pico de gallo on that plate but I can't tell what that red stuff is its blurry on your picture.

What I really miss eating is Tamales but not the cheap bs kind that amatures try to make but the original home made kind.

You can tell if they are home made and are excellente. My Grandmother use to make the best Tamales this side of the Mississippi.

The Tamales by themselves were great;however, the key to whether they are good Tamales or bad Tamales is not eating them after they are made but the following day after they gotten put in the refrigerator cold.

You take them out and put some oil in a pan and start to fry them so they can get a little crispy. O thats when you know if the Tamale maker knows how to make Tamales or not. The flour they use plus the ingredients they use will determine whether or not the Tamale falls apart in the pan or whether or not they stay intact.

If they stay intact and get a little crispy they are to die for. If they all fall apart than it will taste ok to an unexpected Tamale eater but you should feel cheated for you have been cheated.

you mean "excelente" not "excellente", that would be pronounced exceyente, but whatever.

Tamales are great if you get the right type! Making them is fun and enjoyable afterward, but I still think flautas are much better.

And it is pico de gallo, you just can't see it all. I also had refried beans and Spanish rice.

...on the side. I like to dip it in the beans. I just wanted to focus on the flautas.

There were two plates, in other words.
