Just a correction on the second one, 4.Qf3 can be answered by 4...Nf6 and the threat is gone. However the correct move is 4.Qe2! Nf6 5.Nc6+ wins the queen.
4. Qe2! Qe7! 5. Qxe4 d5! 6. f3 Nc6 loses a pawn, not a piece or a queen for black.
It just what you shouldn't do.
