4...dxc4 is NOT the "Gellur Gambit". First off, it's "Geller Gambit" and secondly, 5.e4 is the Geller Gambit, NOT 4...dxc4.
After 5.a4, there is no good way for Black to hold on to the pawn, and so after 5...Bf5, White has 6.e3 (Dutch Variation) where the pawn will be captured next move, or 6.Ne5 (Central Attack) where Black can play 6...Nbd7 (The modern main line) or the old piece sacrifice line (6...e6 7.f3 Bb4 8.e4 Bxe4)
5.a4 Bc5 is no good for Black.
