I think they do want to keep a lid on the reasons too. If it was due to suspected cheating, then they don't want people trying to get rating points back, or games omitted from their record etc. They also don't want peeps blabbing in the forum about who got the hook for cheating either...

Not a single person has come up with a realistic "other" reason. We all agree she didn't do anything inappropriate on the forums, and her rating wasn't that high so we're pretty sure she wasn't cheating. Also, none of the admins here have provided an alternate explanation or denial of why she was banned. Either way we have evidence of Pfren openly using swear words that other members have been banned for using. So how do you explain that? Show me where in the rules it says IMs can use foul language without any consequences.

this is like part of the reason a bunch of top players don't bother coming to this place. I remember there was 1 NM (can't remember his name right now) who left a while back cause people were giving him too much crap

She was rated like 1400. Chess.com generally group everyone

incorrect ,the staff look at all the members regardless of thiers rating.

Look at the link in the OP, that shows all you need to know. There's no reason for her banishment, other than liking the Parham, she's a 1300 in bullet, she wasn't engining

There are plenty of kids under the age of 13 on this site. Everything should be kept PG.

I doubt anyone old enough to work a keyboard is going to be drastically effected by a few S bombs. Anyone on the internet should be willing to risk being subjected to much worse than that.

And two of my friends on here are elementary school kids who go to the local chess club, (they whip my but). I don't think they need to see all of pfrens swearing, but of course he's not banned. Why not, oh that's right, he hates the Parham!!

see what I mean, you are just not listerning (so does that make you a troll ?) it may have nothing to do with cheating, liking the Parham or multi-accounts, the staff have thier reason.

Then what is it? The only plausible reason is liking the Parham, and look in the link in the OP, it gives many other cases, where the Parham is the only factor involved.

Pfren isn't banned either , due to not deserving it...the Parham is irrelevant. I don't hate it. It just reminds me too much of the refuted Fool's mate, thats all...its nothing personal against you I don't care what you try to play and lose with...

Yes, I am still here because I paid for a platinum membership. And what I say about the Parham doesn't bother them as long as they are getting my money. However, people like Emma weren't paying for a membership so they had nothing to lose for banning her.

again incorrect, paid members still can have thiers account close because of the breach of the TOS.

Yes, jetfighter has said an F bomb, he's not banned. Pfren uses like every kind of bomb known to man, but he doesn't get banned either. They both don't like the Parham
