London System, if you play an Indian Game (=1...Nf6) then you can kick it around pretty nicely with a King's Indian Defense:

Hippo... I tried it myself. The antidote is normally to push pawns until you can challenge the opponent's f-pawn with a pawn, and then it's all over.
That's what they did against me, and they Crushed me.
(notice that in the hippo, his queen can't move, so 0-0-0 is out of the question for him, thus, his king is pretty stationary).

There wasnt any hippo. There was like 3 games where it was white playing just for time.
Back to London, there wasnt any moves by black. Much less punishing.
