Muzio gambit is one
real bishop gambits
There's a line in the Slav that goes...
what opening book is this from.
It's called the krause variation. Not so uncommon and perfectly sound, a recent super-GM game in the variation is Bacrot-Anand 1-0, Nanjing pearl spring 2010. Black was ok after the opening but slipped later. Slill i'm not sure this is a "bishop sac". In some lines B gets 4 pawns for the bishop.

That's fine I also encourage bishop sac's for the price of pawns like a bishop for 2 or 3 pawns thats still a sacrifice to me.
Ok i just pointed it out since it's a bit strange to call "sacrifice" a move which more or less gains material (while with only 2 pawns as you say it's obviously a tipical sac). But this is your thread, and if it's ok for you then it's fine.
By the way, if you consider this sort of thing a sac, the list becomes much longer. There are countless lines in the italian game or bishop opening where W plays Bxf7 followed by a forced line which regains material.
What are some gambits that involve sacrificing a bishop ?
