Ruy Lopez exchange variant an unexpected piece sacrifice

I want to talk about the" boring " line Ruy Lopez exchange variant with F6.

But for the blitz game and the bullet you have a big surprise for the opponent-KxE5

So it looks incredible - is it possible to play this way!? The answer is Yes, it is possible!
Of course, this sacrifice is not correct but to refute this sacrifice from black it requires an accurate game play.
So you can engoy seing some typical examples: 

I faced this sacrifice OTB one time.   After 7.Qh5+ I played 7...Kd7 and won without difficulty.  It doesn't seem to me to be a good sacrifice.

KD7 is the strongest move, but sometimes I managed to defeat my opponent. I think that this sacrifice is not only a tactical idea, but also a positional sacrifice, whites do not get a quick attack, but they get a strong center better development and vice versa black has a bad king with limited space. So it would be interesting for me to play the match at this opening, if you want, I am ready to discuss the details.

I see this all the time in Blitz. It doesn't work because the King has more flight squares than in lines where this sacrifice works. You can lose to it when you get overconfident and know you obviously winning and don't play well, but I wouldn't expect it to be good for more than that, especially in slower time controls.
