I had worst experience against benoni... All of sudden opponent controlled all the center and my pieces lost activity too...
This is natural if you don't know HOW to play the Benoni.
...or any other opening, more or less.

I like the Stonewall Attack (d4 / e3 /Bd3) with White, I combine it with the Zukertort defense (b3+Bb2)...

If you want some specific openings to explore: as White, I always play the Blackmar-Diemer Gambit as White and I enjoy my active position every time. As Black I look forward to the Budapest Gambit against the Queen's Indian, or the Traxler System against the Italian. Gambits are popular among aggressive players because they open lines - more mobility for your slider pieces in the middlegame.
But in general if you want to play aggressively, just develop your pieces and you will be happy. See what side your opponent looks to be castling on and aim everything you've got at that corner of the board!

I like this playlist for examples of Blackmar-Diemer Gambit games, and this one for an explanation of the Traxler. Hope this sort of this is what you're looking for!
First of all there is no such opening which people are not familiar with, many of them will know them, your primary goal should be the battle in the middlegame rather than the openings, studying openings will win u some games, eventually it is the middlegame and endgame study which will help the most, I dont say openings is not important, but not playing decent openings is ok. Openings play a important role above 1600 fide only. More higher rated guys will surely agree.
But still if you need some this type of openings with surprise then
1. Vienna Game as white against e5
2. Kopec System as white against sicilian
3. 2 knights against french and caro kann
As black
1. Sicilian hyper accelerated dragon against e4
2. Old benoni against d4

He's asking for popular openings that are known for resulting in tactical, attacking middlegame positions. As a bonus, the BDG, Traxler and Budapest all contain fun traps within the first 10 moves.

Stonewall: How to get a backwards pawn and bad piece development in the first 5 moves of the game!

Scotch game is very solid and can turn into an attack in the Classical, you can shatter their pawn structure in mieses, and crush them if they Qh4.
