I searched three databases, two did not give a description, the third called it "C44: Scotch Opening".

I can't find a name for it. I suggest "The Time Control is Very Long and I Want to Go for Drinks Way Sooner Gambit".

Adolf Anderssen played it once in 1860, but it hasn't seen much use since then.  The Anderssen gambit?

Mathematicus

This is called the Rousseau Gambit, according to chessgames, but i suppose it is perfectly acceptable to call it the Anderssen Gambit.  The position isn't  reached  by the same moves as what you're saying though, so i suppose we can make our own minds up about the name.
