Where can I find a full tutorial on playing 1.e4 e5 as black?

That's great, thanks. I didn't know about chessable and I also found out black can play d5 in the danish gambit lol. But I think I also need a video from a high rated player talking about the Ruy Lopez closed, because I'm still not sure whether I should go for the Chigorin or other variations. Are there any recommendations for a great Ruy Lopez closed video?
Dennis Monokroussos has a "Quick Ruy Lopez" series on YouTube. That's, AFAIK, by far the highest quality free Spanish source.
Gustafsson’s DVD on 1...e5 volume 2 is pretty thorough. (Volume 1 mainly covers the Marahall which may not be so interesting). I think it’s pretty good.
It’s a few years since it was released but would still be a good starting point - at lot of the lesser lines haven’t moved on although some of the recently fashionable Italian stuff probably needs an update.
The OP did ask for free material, but if you're willing to shell out a bit of cash, yessss I can totally vouch for this. Gusti's DVDs are what got me (back) into playing 1 e4 e5.
Here are some good and simple starting videos to Ruy Lopez.
Ruy Lopez:
Ruy Lopez Breyer variation:
Ruy Lopez vs. Italian:
And one more extra Marshall attack for black on Ruy Lopez:
Other variations beside Ruy Lopez you might want to check out are the Scotch game, Petrovs defense, Philidor defense and Berlin defense (well can also be played in Ruy Lopez). I'm sure this will give you a good start to e4, e5 openings and how the play can continue with different moves. I personally prefer to play classical Ruy Lopez with either closed or Breyer variation both as white and black. Especially with white I feel like Ruy Lopez is my go to opening, because all the pieces seem to develop very naturally and quickly on well coordinated squares.
That weird gambit that white plays (e4 e5 d4 exd4 c3 dxc3) you shouldn't actually take the pawn on c3, but instead strike directly on the center with d5 (e4 e5 d4 exd4 c3 d5). White will gladly give one or even two pawns to get a massive lead in development and very quick counter-attack, which will turn the game very sharp. Based on the game analysis picking up c3 pawn makes white a clear favorite where as d5 makes it an even game, actually giving black a minor edge.
Have you searched YouTube?

If you're OK with spending money, you can't beat Ntirlis's "Playing 1. e4 e5: A Classical Repertoire" by Quality Chess. It has a lot of quality analysis, and treats the sidelines seriously.
Otherwise, see the above options.
I would recommend you the 'Black Repertoire 1 e4 e5' from IM Chessexplained on YouTube. He covers most of the important lines up to like 45 minutes in each part which is pretty comfortable.
Some lines I have problem with:
Weird gambit that white does by 2.d4 exd4 3.c3 dxc3.
Italian game in general (especially when white gets to play d4, and I'm not sure if I should play 3.Nf6 or 3.Bc5)
Kings Gambit
Vienna/Four Knights (I know these are more rare but I want to see it covered too)
katar has some pretty good videos from the perspective of black on chess videos tv.
He covers all the main openings like the Ruy and the Scotch as well as the gambits, also Berlin for Black. It has the added advantage that its delivered by someone who actually employs those openings in play and who understands the problems amateurs face.
