Yeah only way I've got any notice from my reports are from getting 3 or 4 other people to report them

How do you know their cheating, I’ve had adjustments to my score but never told why or how??
The perception of cheating is million magnitudes higher than it actually is. In fact, there are less than 1% cheaters and they get caught quickly and you get point refunds. So don't worry about that.
I report abusers and I get no response. Five years ago, that was not the case. Since COVID arrived and Chess.com membership exploded, the poor quality play (I.e. - cheating) has gone up considerably.
Does anyone else feel this way ?
Am I wrong ?
Does Chess.com need to do a better job ?
