But time is physics!

Or vice versa.

But the only physics/time related studies I recall from around 8 years of age was drills on how to read a clock, and that was just for the two kids in class who still couldn't manage that feat. It didn't work, as neither of them could tell time by the end of the following year either. My guess is one of them in particular never did master that higher order function.
