Some of the comments to the original post provide additional info as to how this was done. Very interesting.
As the saying goes "it take some brain to copy paste" OP shamelessly copied from Wikipedia page, mentioned "how a prison inmate manipulated his rating..........." in header but failed to copy-paste the rating manipulation and accusation part in his article.
Did you delete the post in which you complaint why chess.com don't let you become a top blogger? They don't let those become top bloggers who shamelessly copy word by word from internet, then fail to acknowledge that they copied, and later make an excuse that they forgot to mention after getting caught 😄
