I am an Australian, 71 years old, 2000elo. When I was a teenager chess player there was an older player, maybe 70 who had a elo rating -1000. Yes he lost to everyone.

BUT... IF you have an ELO of... maybe... 104 and lose, you can't go down any further than 100... Then if you lose nine ELO from that, CAN you go down to 95 or just stop on 100? Maybe the thing just crashes... If any of you know, tell me.
