Morphy or Fischer. I ll toss a coin.
I want to include Tal as well. lol
That's hard to say but Mikhail Tal first comes to mind.

Favourite? Harry Pillsbury. Because he showed all the signs of being both a chess genius and a charming and well-balanced person. Good with women, apparently. Although that did lead to syphilis, madness and death. Still, a romantic on the chess board and in life.
Best? Fischer probably.

Well my favourites are Morphy, Tal & Fischer. I'm impressed by the pure fight they put in. However, if have to select only one then Fischer.
