Queens can not move normally along files and ranks. The queen can move one square along a file/rank and then continue along a diagonal (see image below).
Example:
Black is checkmated. Note that white is not in check and that blacks blacks queen can not capture whites queen.

can queen take 2 pieces in one turn (the piece next to it and another...)
no, the queen only moves once/turn. The queen can not capture several pieces in one turn.
