He has been banned, however I don't think you can accuse somebody for cheating in the forums.

There is this player cheating in FOG. I reported it to the chess.com 4-5 days ago. but this ID is still active and he took away my points, reported again.
So I want to know if anyone knows how to report properly or if I did correctly then in how many days chess.com do something about it.
Also there is too much lag in FOW. Do something chess.com, for BOTH.
