Random Variant Competition

This tournament has been inactive for quite some time, so I want you to do a favor for me. Advertise this thread to all your chess.com friends, and encourage them to join. Once other chess.com accounts have joined, the tournament will gain traction and become popular again.
P.S- We are reducing the number of participants to 16 because of inactivity. I might create a second season if this tournament becomes popular.

also, what is this tounament about?
The premise of this tournament is that for each round of the Swiss system and playoffs, a new chess.com variant will be provided. Each player will have to negotiate a time and play that exactly variant in a best-of-3 match. I do not care if you only play two games if someone won them both. The unpredictability of this event is what makes it fun.
Format- We will be using chess.com's variant website for this competition. Make sure you are using chess.com beta before joining this tournament. This tournament uses a 5-round swiss system, and the top 50% of players make it to the playoffs. The playoffs have a single-elimination format, and the winner of the playoffs is the winner of this tournament. As you can see by the title, each round of the Swiss system and playoffs will feature a random chess.com variant provided by the chess.com site. When pairings are up, you should negotiate with your opponent and find a time where both players are available. Then, at the scheduled time, you will both play a series of three 3|2 chess games. When the match is over, post the results in the results thread for the round.
Be Careful- If the 3|2 match is not played, or if you and your opponent played the wrong variant, both players will be knocked out and disqualified from the tournament. If the match was played using the wrong time control, I will give both players a chance to fix their mistakes and play again. In the swiss system, you cannot be knockout out of the tournament if you lose your match. Never give up unless it's impossible to make it to the playoffs.
Participation- First 32 players to sign-up get to participate in this tournament. Write your chess.com username in the comments, and I'll add you into the tournament.
