I have the white king on (5,0). Is this diagram right?

If you don't see this in the earlier posts maybe your display is drawing on your PC's cache?

Okay! Hx(5,0)

HorribleTomato

No it's illegal his bishop is lost next move... premove  HxB

aidanB1

i dont get it is it my move?

HorribleTomato

Yes that bishop move was illegal since you're in check... unless hanging your king means you resign. So, B(8,-3) isn't valid and you should move your king.

HorribleTomato

This game has been going on for some extent

aidanB1

ok thx K(5,1)

HorribleTomato

Again, HxB

aidanB1

HxH

HorribleTomato

Hey that's not allowed

HorribleTomato

Bishop is still on (9,-2) because the previous bishop move was illegal.

aidanB1

oh sorry

aidanB1

resign

HorribleTomato

At least you held on a bit longer!

aidanB1

Game review: You missed a way to save the exchange/ you didn't see my simple tactics/you sort of got greedy with my HPs and let me develop my Hs. On the other hand I totally missed that chancellor- Q for H is always good. Your play was clearly optimal in the beginning, but you messed up when the play got sharper.

HorribleTomato

@vickalin can you add the rule "inevitable checkmate?" Since there is no 50 move rule, a player can cycle R and Q down to infinity, but it won't checkmate. Therefore the game would go forever, but when a mating pattern has been proven, should the player with the mating pattern win automatically?
