The tree is a great piece. I'm a big fan of simple pieces that don't do much (guard = same moves as king), (bulldog = almost same as pawn).
The tree is even more lame. Doesn't even capture.

Are you aware what orthogonally adjacent means? In the current position, moving your h2 Bishop is illegal.
I understand this.
