If the rook captures the bishop, can the other bishop capture the rook en pessant? And will the captured bishop remain captured?

The bishop will be able to capture the rook on c4, but the captured bishop will remain captured.

I must say the peaceful knights are very entertaining to watch

It's interesting to note the lack of impact En Pessant For All event has had. I suspect this has to do with the fact that there are less pieces that can capture.
