Can I stream chess on Twitch with a low-end laptop?

I'd like to stream some chess analysis on Twitch with guests present. Is it doable with this old laptop?

I think it should work. I stream on my laptop and its rather weak/low end. Ryzen 2200u dual core and 16GB ram. However my cpu is newer then yours. But my pc was a very cheap one. (ram I upgraded, was 4GB from start)

i set the stream output to 720p and I think 30fps. Make sure to close background programs that you do not need before you start streaming to free up some cpu.
