I think you should consider your value proposition. I took a look at your club page, and there is nothing there that every other club doesn't have. Consider creating puzzles, reviewing chess books, posting tidbits of chess history, etc. before asking more player to join the club
"value proposition" - getting a bit corporate aren't we mate? Puzzles and reviews aren't adding anything to the value proposition. Who needs another fly by night club with puzzles, reviews and no members?

I have 500 in my club and have never told anyone to join EVER. All you have to do is be a chess streamer and Junior Champion with hundreds of viewers 
. Just kidding, I would say create a club which is unique and can interest people.
