No. We ask that all moderators do an amount of work which they're comfortable with.

I find it so funny to imagine people reading this post from 2018 and their brows furrowing as they try to understand what's said from a serious standpoint. They must be so confused

The workload is what you are able to manage and want to spend time on. Moderators are volunteers who help out here and there in their free time.
