But I think maybe he was just in crazy mood that day, maybe he find his dads Matuse like I did one time and it make him act wild, like I also did another time with angel dust. Growing up is hard, especially when it is like you are in tv movie!

Sorry to revive the thread, but I missed this post earlier.
The way it works is a moderator or someone sees a member make a stupid post, (bold text, large text, caps being a good tip-off), usually one that demonstrates an obvious lack of basic understanding of reality or humor, insults, high regard for oneself, etc. Then they look at their other posts and see if that person has made any other stupid posts like that, or posted any spam threads, asked stupid question, made stupid requests/complaints, etc. If so, then it's a safe bet the member in question is a child. Birth certificates would be irrelevant because they don't show mental age. Thus, it would be impossible for someone to lie about their age.
