Make the position as complex as possible. You should try very complicated attacking openings. Opponent will think harder and eventually lose the game just like you lost to me

i guess it just comes naturally, over time you begin to improve at recognizing patterns faster. but you MUST make sure you're not spending too much time, try to set a maximum amount of time you can spend on a move. play quickly in the opening, and don't spend more than around 7-8 seconds in the middlegame or endgame unless it's a critical line.
calculate faster and get better at pattern recognition. Also you have to know your openings well too, don't be me who somehow forgets what to do against the evan's gambit and loses in 10 moves
Ive asked this before… but imma do it again mainly pertaining to playing with distractions… lul.
Ever since I started streaming on twitch I’ve been tilted in everything. So yeah any tips?
It takes time. Streaming on Twitch does take some focus away from the game away. You will certainly build up your confidence as you become more accustomed with both at the same time.

Gotcha
Generally take NO MORE than 3 seconds on each move in the opening. If you're down a minute then you need to be moving faster than your opponent or you will flag. Other than that its all intuition and pattern recognition.
