I'm sure no-one's going to be confused by my blue italicized addition right below the original post.  Lighten up.

He has to be trolling. It would cause a black hole if he were really so immensely stupid.

Again with the misquoting.

There it is again.  Just like we discussed in the other thread.

Perseveration

T'was a lad whose name started with checkmate
Who just couldn't help but perseverate.
He struggled!  He'd strive
Not to yield to the drive,
But the same phrase would always eventuate.

The web site's community noted:
"You're recent activity's bloated!"
But checkmateibeatu
Has a compulsive need to
Perseverate: "I was misquoted!"

member since 2/11.  zero blocked.

but, i was blocked by somebody, and I don't know why.  we enjoyed about a dozen games together, fairly evenly split between wins and losses, and had several interesting chats.  i sometimes wonder if he did it by mistake.  i wish there was a way to "appeal" the blocking.  the impact is very final (which i know is the point when done to somebody who is being really rude or annoying).

I guess you could have someone else ask him if he did it on purpose?

is it possible that he might have accidently blocked you through the 'notes' on his homepage, when clicking on the 'block' instead of the 'delete' one ?

Yes, that is what I am assuming.

It's funny, I pissed somebody off here and when I tried to explain to them it was not my intention to deliberately annoy them I discovered they had blocked me...oh well.

Dude, that is somewhere between weird and eerie.

To block someone is in human nature. Everyone wants to exhibit his or her power to block others and thus feeling joy. But it is temporarily joyful. The rule of Karma would instantly come forth and would manifest itself. The blocker would be punished more harsely. May be the  person that you just blocked is a Tantrik. You will never know it till you feel the heat of fire that would burn your whole body and soul.

Someone's lacking a sense of proportion.

I thought it was hilarious.

By the way, I am not sure if I am part of this conversation or not. It tells me that I have posted in this topic before, but that could have been a long time ago.
