It's a known issue impacting some games in Custom position Daily tournaments. Staff are looking into it.

I have the same problem in one of my games (https://www.chess.com/game/daily/459661025). Can't make a move in the browser and the app shows an empty board.
A fast solution or workaround would be much appreciated since there is nothing I can do but wait and lose on time at some point. 
Any chance these games can be paused by staff to prevent losses on time until a fix is deployed?

Martin, George now only has 3 days of vacation left and the games are going to time out if a fix isn't done soon. It's not fair that he's had to waste multiple days of his vacation and time out in these games cuz staff can't fix this bug

Martin. This is nearly 5 days now and he's got 34 hours of vacation remaining. If these games time out and it's still not fixed you can absolutely guarantee that I'll be waging war against chess.com
This has also happened in Black Knights Tango where the final game of the round is affected. It is a dead game so far as the outcome of the tourney, but be nice if the game could be completed and the next round started. Black Knights' Tango - Chess.com

Yeah, pretty much the same for me: 7 out of my 8 games in a thematic tournament are now affected.
I have activated "vacation mode" a few days ago and still have several weeks of vacation time left, but still very annoying since it also pauses all other "vacation-allowed" regular games.
Any news if/when a fix can be expected?
It does seem to be spreading. Hopefully this is a result of efforts to solve the bug, so a step backwards which will get us going in the long term. Harry and I have agreed a draw, as the game was in the early stages but I don't really want to do this across every tournament. And its been a lot of effort put into tournaments that will probably now have an artificial outcome.
It seems to work in the app.
I can't reply on computer to a couple of moves that have just been received so the situation is patchy.

In three of my daily games; the position has reverted to the starting position, and I am unable to make my move. This is one such game.
